Savannah over at Random Musings of a Flirting Vegan has thrown down the gauntlet. Well, not really. But she is trying to eliminate cheese from her diet and is doing a 7 day challenge to not eat it. She is letting others in on her challenge, so that we all can support one another. If anyone wants to join the challenge, officially or unofficially, you are very welcome. :) I decided to try to make a smoothie every day this week for breakfast and am proud to say that I was successful today. If success tastes this great, why fail?! ;)

I think that's a great challenge!! There are so many vegan cheezes you can try...NOOSH tastes SO cheezy, and cashews....I haven't really missed it...except for the occasional goat, but I have definitely gone more than a few weeks without it!! Yey to moral support!

Vannah- Strawberry, banana, and raspberry with plant protein powder! Thanks for helping me get some motivation to start to eat healthier again! :) Classes start tomorrow for me, but clinicals started today. I had a blast! I can't wait to go back tomorrow! :D
