If I'm not healthy now, WHEN???
It makes me realize that if I don't do it now, I'm never gonna do it! And I don't want to live the rest of my life this way...so I do it NOW! Like today: I had talked myself out of running my mile today for so many reasons...until it was 9:30 at night! And finally, I realized "This is ridiculous. You've talked yourself out of this for 12 hours now!" So I did it. I never want to run my mile at night again...it was sort of scary! I think I learned my lesson: get it over with and then it won't be hanging over your head all day and you won't waste time arguing with yourself all day and you won't have to go run in the dark, worried that the bogeyman's gonna get you!
