Pizza and Ice Cream Night

It's been one of those days, ya know?

I made it myself! I would be super proud, but it wasn't the greatest...I would recommend getting a premade crust. And the Daiya fake "cheese" on top? Gross. Oh, well...it filled my craving! :)

THIS stuff, on the other hand, is SERIOUSLY amazing! Yum! A little expensive, but great for once in a while treats! :)

I've found that I need a heavy-duty crust to stand up to broiling the soy cheese so it melts. The last one I used was Rustic sourdough--kind of expensive, but they have several vegan crusts at the grocery store. (Mamma Mia's is one I've used.) Why wasn't the pizza good? What didn't you like?

Hollie- The crust was awful! :( I am gluten-free for a while since I am trying to figure out if I am allergic to it. I made my own crust and it was a no yeast recipe. Plus, I tried Daiya "cheese" on it and I'm not sure I like it. :(

Angie- Bummer your blog shut down! Now I can follow you on here though! :) Thanks for letting me know!

PLUS, it made me feel awful! My tummy didn't like it!!! That's the end of treats for a while, I think, cuz it isn't a treat to feel how I do! Funny cuz it was vegan too! Haven't fallen off the bandwagon intentionally yet!
